The planning and organization process is key to making your big day simply perfect.
Something fundamental at BAI NAHI DUT is the optimization of your budget. We will define this by prioritising the most important items for you, whether it is the dream venue, catering, photographer, videographer, canopy, music, DJ, honeymoon and those aspects that are less important. We will take care of the negotiations with the various professionals and will follow up with them to ensure that everything is under control.
We will schedule regular meetings so that you are fully aware of everything, making you part of the whole process but experiencing it with complete peace of mind.

DESIGN
At the beginning of the process we will create a mood-board which will help us to create a unique visual identity for your special day. We will interpret your tastes, contribute our own ideas and be able to tell your love story on what will undoubtedly be one of the most exciting days of your lives.
From creating a color palette that will be the basis for all of the styling for the wedding, the special stationery, floral arrangements, tableware to the furniture and that other component, so essential for generating magical and sophisticated atmospheres, the lighting.
Our goal is to go beyond creating a personalized event, it is to create an unforgettable experience to be enjoyed with all of the senses.

COORDINATION
Knowing in advance the requirements of each professional involved in the event, each one of them will receive well in advance of the big day a complete and detailed schedule setting out their times and tasks to be performed.
There will be at least 2 wedding planners coordinating your magical day to ensure that everything happens as planned, to control the timings and attend to your guests.
We will be by your side from the moment you wake up until the dancing begins, making sure that you feel relaxed, but above all, happy in order to experience every precious moment so that, despite us, the time that day seems to pass faster than normal.
